青海省建立地勘单位业绩信誉考评制度的意义

摘要
地勘单位业绩信誉考评是指在一定范围内,根据规定的原则和评分标准,对地勘单位所承担的项目实施过程中(从设计到资料汇交)各项工作指标的考评。该制度的建立不仅能够有效提高地勘项目工作质量,扩大找矿成果,优化财政资金投入,而且从长远来说,对于地勘单位的自身发展和生态环境的保护等方面都有着积极的意义。同时考评制度今后还需建立相应的监督机制,扩大考评范围,进一步地发展完善。
Outstanding achievement and credit assessment system to geological exploration units is evaluating the working index that is in the project implementation process from design to data collection by certain range according to the principles and provisions.The establishment of the system not only can effectively improve the quality of geological exploration project,prospecting achievements,optimize the financial investment,but in the long run,for the development of geological prospecting units and the protection of ecological environment has positive significance.At the same time,the evaluation system needs to establish the corresponding supervision mechanism in the future,expand the scope of evaluation,and further develop and perfect.
