摘要
根据跨境电商核心竞争力的三大影响因素——环境、资源与能力,构建跨境电商核心竞争力的指标评价体系,采用模糊综合评价法,对跨境电商竞争力水平进行评价。在此基础上,结合合肥跨境电商发展的调查问卷,分析评价合肥跨境电商核心竞争力水平,评估结果表明合肥跨境电商处于"较高"水平,但距离"高"水平仍有一定的差距,并就相关问题提出建议。
According to the three influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce core competitiveness,environment,resources and capabilities,the index evaluation system of cross-border e-commerce core competitiveness is constructed,and the level of cross-border e-commerce competitiveness is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.On this basis,combined with the questionnaire of Hefei crossborder e-commerce development,this paper analyzes and evaluates the core competitiveness level of Hefei cross-border e-commerce,which is a "higher"level,but there is still a gap from the "highest"level,and puts forward some suggestions on related issues.
