构建“以学生为中心”的学评教指标体系

摘要
学生评教是高校教学质量保障的根本制度,高校学生网上评教指标设计都是以教师的教学和课堂管理为中心进行评价,学生的学习效果等未体现,学生的主体地位没有得到充分重视。本文探索"以学生为中心"的学评教指标体系为目的,从高校学生评教现状及存在问题出发,分析了以学生为中心的学评教指标体系的意义、基本思路、并探索构建"以学生为中心"的学评教指标体系,在改进教师教学工作、提高人才培养质量方面具有重要意义。
Students' evaluation of teaching is the basic system of teaching quality assurance in Colleges and universities. The design of college students' online evaluation index design is based on Teachers' teaching and classroom management as the center. The students' learning effect is not reflected, and the students' main position has not been fully paid attention. The purpose of this paper is to explore the "student-centered" evaluation of teaching index system. From the present situation and existing problems of college students' evaluation of teaching, this paper analyzes the significance and basic ideas of the studentcentered teaching evaluation index system, and explores the construction of a "student-centered" teaching evaluation system.It is of great significance to improve the teaching work of teachers and the quality of personnel training.
