摘要
选择性非催化还原脱硝法(SNCR)投运后,电厂烟囱出现冒"白烟"现象。通过分析白烟的成分,确定白烟成分为氯化铵。使用氨逃逸激光光谱分析仪与烟气自动监控系统相结合的试验方法,分析得到NH3Cl生成的特点,制定SNCR喷氨控制策略,从而有效抑制白烟的生成。
After the operation of selective non-catalytic reduction( SNCR),there is white smoke appeared above the chimney of the power plant. By analyzing the white smoke,the composition of it is determined as ammonium chloride. With the experimental method including ammonia escape laser spectrum analyzer and flue gas automatic monitoring system,the formation characteristic of NH_3Cl is analyzed. Control strategy of SNCR ammonia spraying is made so as to effectively restrain the formation of white smoke.
