摘要
支气管哮喘(哮喘)是由多种细胞及细胞组分共同参与的慢性气道炎症疾病。白细胞介素22(IL-22)是IL-10家族的新成员,它能通过结合特异性受体IL-22R发挥其生物学效应。IL-22在哮喘的发病机制中起着一定的调控作用。IL-22在哮喘患者外周血中或者哮喘动物模型中表达增高。目前,IL-22在不同的实验中得出的结果对于哮喘炎症是促进还是抑制仍有争议。此外,IL-22如何在哮喘中发挥调控作用仍是未知的。
        Bronchial asthma( asthma) is a common chronic inflammatory disease involved with a variety of cells and cellular components. Interleukin 22( IL-22) is a new member of the IL-10 family,which can exert its biological effects through combining the specific receptors of IL-22( IL-22R). IL-22 plays a regulatory role in the pathogenesis of asthma. The expression of IL-22 is increased in peripheral blood of asthma patients or in asthma animal model. It is still a controversial problem whether IL-22 promotes inflammation or suppresses inflammation in different studies,and it remains unknown how IL-22 plays its regulatory role in asthma.
