油酸钠/TX-100组合药剂对白钨矿的捕收性能及机理研究

摘要
通过浮选试验、理论计算和仪器检测等方法研究了油酸钠(NaOL)与曲拉通X-100组合药剂在白钨矿浮选中的协同作用,揭示了表面活性性质与组合药剂协同效应的关系。研究结果表明,NaOL/TX-100在白钨矿浮选中存在正协同效应,可提高白钨矿回收率以及降低捕收剂用量。机理研究表明,组合药剂的CMC值、表面张力明显均低于油酸钠,气/液界面吸附量高于油酸钠,这些均有利于提高捕收能力和起泡性能,同时,组合药剂用药规律与CMC值以及表面张力变化规律一致。该研究表明表面活性性质与组合药剂协同效应及用药规律具有对应关系,对组合药剂研究具有指导意义。
        The effect of combined reagents of sodium oleate and triton X-100 in scheelite flotation and the relationship of the synergistic effect and surface active property were studied through the flotation tests,theoretical calculation and instrument tests. The results of research showed that there existed synergism effect between sodium oleate and triton X-100 when they were combined used in the scheelite flotation. Compared with the sodium oleate,the combined reagents of sodium oleate and triton X-100 can improve the flotation recovery of scheelite,reduce the concentration of collectors in the scheelite flotation. The mechanism research showed that the CMC value and surface tension of combined reagents were lower than that of sodium oleate,and the adsorption capacity of gas-liquid interface was higher than that of sodium oleate,which benefited to the improvement of collectivity and foamability of combined reagents. The usage of combined reagents was coordinated with the change form of CMC value and surface tension. This research indicated that there existed correspondence between the synergistic effect and surface active property,which was useful for the research of combined reagents.
