白钨矿与磷灰石浮选的选择性抑制及机理研究

摘要
油酸钠为捕收剂时白钨矿和磷灰石的可浮性相近,难以实现分离。通过浮选试验、理论计算和动电位测定的方法研究了硅酸钠和焦磷酸钠对白钨矿与磷灰石的选择性抑制作用。结果表明,硅酸钠对白钨矿和磷灰石的抑制作用相似,而焦磷酸钠能够以P2O47-的形式强烈抑制磷灰石,同时对白钨矿的抑制能力较弱。机理研究表明,焦磷酸钠的基团电负性介于钨酸根和磷酸根离子之间,且磷灰石表面的钙离子密度大于白钨矿,使焦磷酸钠对磷灰石的抑制作用强于白钨矿
        The flotation behaviors of scheelite and apatite are similar when using sodium oleate as a collector,which result in the difficulty of the flotation separation of scheelite from apatite.The selective inhibition of sodium pyrophosphate on the flotation behavior of scheelite and apatite was investigated through the flotation tests,theoretical calculation and zeta potential measurement.The results indicate that the sodium silicate has similar inhibitory effects on scheelite and apatite,while sodium pyrophosphate can strongly inhibit apatite in the form of P2 O47-,while the inhibition ability of scheelite is weak.The mechanism study shows that the group electronegativity of sodium pyrophosphate is between tungstate and phosphate ions.In addition,the density of calcium ions on the surface of apatite is greater than that of scheelite,which results in the inhibition of apatite is stronger than that of scheelite.
