摘要
由于科技的飞速发展,知识与经济实现一体化,因此,只有建立在知识基础上,医院才能突显出竞争优势。医院只有建立知识的有效管理、机制制度的合理安排,才能有序地交流共享知识,提升效率和质量,完善服务患者的能力。本文就医院管理中知识共享影响因素进行分析,为未来研究方向提供一些启示。
        With the development of science and technology, the integration of economy and knowledge makes the knowledge as the base of competition superiority of hospital, thus only by effective knowledge management, appropriate mechanism and norm arrangement, by which knowledge can be communicated and shared in order, could hospital work efficiency and quality be improved, and capability of serving patients be increased.
