摘要
为考察卷烟纸透气度和定量对常规卷烟和细支卷烟燃烧锥最高温度和主流烟气有害成分释放量的影响,采用偏最小二乘(PLS)回归法建立了多因素预测模型。结果表明,随着卷烟纸透气度的增大,常规卷烟和细支卷烟的燃烧锥最高温度、HCN、CO、NH_3和烟气危害性指数均有降低的趋势,且不利于感官综合特性的提升;随着卷烟纸定量的增大,两种卷烟的燃烧锥最高温度和CO有升高的趋势,NH_3、烟气危害性指数以及感官综合特性有降低的趋势;卷烟纸透气度和定量对两种卷烟部分指标(如苯酚、HCN释放量、香气、烟气以及口感特性等)的影响表现出一定的差异性。
        In order to study the effects of cigarette paper permeability and basis weight on the combustion cone maximum temperature and the amount of harmful components in mainstream smoke of conventional and slim cigarettes,prediction models were developed using partial least squares( PLS) regression analysis. The results showed that with the increase of cigarette paper permeability,the combustion cone maximum temperature,the amounts of CO,HCN,NH_3 releasing,the cigarette hazard index and comprehensive sensory qualities of conventional and slim cigarettes decreased. With the increase of basis weight of cigarette paper,the combustion cone maximum temperature and the amounts of CO rose,while the amount of NH_3,cigarette hazard index and comprehensive sensory quality of both cigarettes decreased. The influences of permeability and basis weight of cigarette paper on phenol,HCN releasing,aroma,smoke and taste characteristics of conventional and slim cigarettes showed a certain difference.
