HPLC法同时测定陈香露白露片中4种成分

摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定陈香露白露片(甘草、陈皮、川木香等)中4种成分的含有量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Eclipse C18色谱柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-0. 1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1. 0 m L/min;柱温30℃;检测波长230 nm。结果甘草酸铵、橙皮苷、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯分别在9. 908～118. 9、4. 510～72. 16、2. 582～41. 31、2. 685～42. 95μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r≥0. 999 9),平均加样回收率分别为98. 97%、99. 33%、99. 77%、100. 80%,RSD分别为0. 77%、1. 51%、1. 35%、1. 06%。结论该方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于陈香露白露片的质量控制。
AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Chenxianglu Bailu Tablets( Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Citri reticulatae Pericarpium,Vladimiriae Radix,etc.). METHODS The analysis of 50% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic Agilent Eclipse C18column( 250 mm× 4. 6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid flowing at 1. 0 m L/min in a gradient elution manner and the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.RESULTS Ammonium glycyrrhizinate,hesperidin,costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 9. 908-118. 9,4. 510-72. 16,2. 582-41. 31,2. 685-42. 95 μg/m L( r ≥0. 999 9),whose average recoveries were 98. 97%,99. 33%,99. 77%,100. 80% with the RSDs of 0. 77%,1. 51%,1. 35%,1. 06%,respectively. CONCLUSION This accurate,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Chenxianglu Bailu Tablets.
