摘要
采用水泥粉煤灰浆对公路采空区进行地基处治,浆液扩散距离受浆液水固比、介质空隙率、注浆压力影响,通过研究,得出浆液在介质中扩散距离与浆液水固比、介质空隙率、注浆压力呈幂函数关系,其中浆液水固比对浆液扩散距离影响最大,介质空隙率对浆液扩散距离影响次之,注浆压力对浆液扩散距离影响最小。研究成果修正了《采空区公路设计与施工技术细则》中注浆量公式,为今后采空区处治和浆液扩散规律研究提供数学依据。
In this paper, cement and flying ash grout was adopted for subgrade treatment in the mined-out area under highway. It was concluded from the study that the grout diffusion distance in medium had power function relation with water-solid ratio in grout, medium porosity and grouting pressure. Among them, water-solid ratio had the biggest influence on grout diffusion distance, medium porosity took the second place, and grouting pressure had the minimum influence. The research results amended the grouting volume formula in Guidelines for Design and Construction of Highway Engineering in the Mined-out Area, which could provide mathematical basis for mined-out area treatment and study on grout diffusion rule in the future.
