百合和胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎84例
摘要
目的:探讨百合和胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选择168例胆汁反流性胃炎病例,均来自我院于2009-2012年收治的消化门诊及中医门诊患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各84例。对照组采用莫沙比利加铝碳酸镁片治疗,治疗组采用百合和胃汤治疗,餐前同服莫沙比利,观察两组的治疗指标并行统计学比较。结果:对照组总有效率为82.5%,治疗组总有效率为90.0%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百合和胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果显著,用药安全方便,副作用小,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of lily soup and stomach bile reflux gastritis treatment. Methods: 168 cases of bile reflux gastritis patients were from 2009 to 2012 in our hospital, admitted to digest and TCM outpatient clinic were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, 84 cases in each group and the control group than mosapride Lee plus aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets treatment group using lilies and stomach soup therapy, fasting mosapride same clothes, parallel treatment indicators were observed statistical comparison. Results: The total effective rate was 82.5%. The total efficiency of the treatment group was 90.0%, both compared to the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Lily and stomach soup bile reflux gastritis treatment effect is remarkable, medication safety, convenience, side effects, worthy of promotion.
