摘要
本文采用烧结杯实验研究了巴西南部粉矿替代澳矿(超特粉矿、国王粉矿和PB粉矿)对烧结工艺及成品的影响。结果表明,在同碱度、同MgO时,用巴西南部粉矿生产的烧结矿品位高于用超特粉矿生产的烧结矿,低于用国王粉矿和PB粉矿生产的烧结矿。用巴西南部粉替代澳矿,在一定的配比内,不会对强度和利用系数造成影响,烧结工艺参数可保持不变。
In this paper, the effect of substitution of Australian Iron Ore( Super Special Fines, King Fines, PB Fines) with SFHG Fines on sintering process and finished product was studied by sintering cup experiment. The results show that when basicity and MgO are the same, the grade of sinter produced with SFHG Fines is higher than that produced with ultra-fine ore, and lower than that produced with King Fines and PB Fines. The strength and utilization coefficient will not be affected by substituting Australian Iron Ore with SFHG Fines in a certain proportion, and the sintering process parameters can be unchanged.
