绍兴地区中小企业产学研合作中资源配置问题的探讨

摘要
产学研合作中资源配置决定了中小企业企业自主创新和成果转化,浙江省绍兴地区中小企业在发展过程中通过合理配置企业、院校和科研院所的优质资源使自主创新能力获得释放,科研成果转化与集聚有效带动企业发展。作为中小企业的集聚地,绍兴地区产学研始终位居国内前列,应当在系统分析产学研合作中不同主体资源配置的影响因素,提出产学研合作中企业研发资源配置的模式和运行方式,提高中小企业产学研合作效率。
The allocation of resources determines the independent innovation and the transformation of achievements of small and medium-sized enterprises in the cooperation of production, education and research. The ability of independent innovation is released through the rational allocation of enterprises, high quality resources of colleges and research institutes, and the transformation and agglomeration of scientific research in the process of development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shaoxing area of Zhejiang Province. As a gathering place for small and medium-sized enterprises, Shaoxing has always been in the forefront of industry, education and research in China. It is necessary to systematically analyze the factors affecting the allocation of resources of different subjects in the cooperation between industry,education and research. This paper puts forward the mode and operation mode of enterprise R & D resource allocation in the cooperation of industry, university and research which improves the efficiency of the cooperation of production, education and research.
