摘要

分析了皮带输送设备跑偏问题和纠偏措施,探讨了皮带输送设备跑偏改进技术,通过对皮带输送设备自动纠篇装置改进设计方案的实践,说明此种纠偏方法具有相对优良的纠偏效果,能够实现自动连续的纠偏操作,具有较高自动化程度和强实用性,值得进一步推广应用。
        In this paper,the deviation problem of belt conveyor and the deviation rectification measures are analyzed,and the deviation improvement technology of belt conveyor is discussed. Through practice of the improved design scheme for the automatic rectifying device of belt conveyor,it is shown that this deviation rectification method has relatively good rectification effect,and can realize automatic and continuous deviation rectification operation. It has a high degree of automation and strong practicability,and is worthy of further popularization and application.
