摘要
分析和指出矿山输送机械液压张力张紧系统、压力张紧系统以及悬垂量张紧系统存在的不足,结合皮带输送设备实际的运行需求,设计了自动控制与调整皮带张紧力的的张紧系统,探讨了运行过程矿山输送机械液压张紧系统的工作原理,通过实际应用得出该系统能够增加设备使用寿命、降低了人工作业强度,同时提升了设备运行效率,值得进一步推广应用。
        In this paper, shortcomings of the hydraulic tensioning system, the pressure tensioning system and the suspension tensor system of mine conveying machinery are pointed out and analyzed. According to the actual operation demands of the belt conveyor equipment, the tension system that could automatically control and adjust the belt tensioning force is designed. The working principle of hydraulic tensioning system of the mine conveying machinery is discussed. Through the practical application, it is concluded that the system can prolong the service life of the equipment, reduce intensity of the artificial operation, and improve the operation efficiency of the device. It is worth further popularization and application.
