摘要
目的探讨皮耐克联合自体皮片游离移植在头部恶性肿瘤切除术后骨外露创面中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析自2014年3月至2017年3月经组织病理检查确诊为头部恶性肿瘤,肿瘤切除术后伴有不同程度颅骨外露且以皮耐克联合自体皮片移植分期进行创面修复31例患者的临床资料。结果本组患者共31例,移植的自体皮片均成活良好,最终创面均全部愈合。结论采用皮耐克联合自体皮片游离移植修复头部恶性肿瘤切除术后颅骨外露创面,临床效果可靠,操作简单,值得在临床推广。
        Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of PELNAC combined with autogenous skin transplantation in the repair of skull exposure wound after malignant scalp tumor excision. Methods From March 2014 to 2017, 31 patients diagnosed with skull exposure wound after malignant scalp tumor excision and repaired in our department by PELNAC combined with autogenous skin transplantation were retrospectively analyzed. Results All autogenous skin grafts survived well, and the wounds healed completely. Conclusion Application of PELNAC combined with autogenous skin transplantation in the repair of skull exposure wound after malignant scalp tumor excision has reliable clinical efficacy and is a simple operation. It should be considered for popularization in clinic.
