摘要
目的了解建筑工人对皮肤老化的认知现状与行为。方法采用方便抽样方法,以208名男性建筑工人为调查对象,采用问卷调查了解其职业防护情况、对于皮肤老化的认知与态度、皮肤老化现状和干预行为等情况。结果 67.3%的建筑工人从不针对粉尘、日晒、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素采取任何防护措施。建筑工人中,认为自己对皮肤老化大概了解者占59.1%,正确选择所有的皮肤老化表现者仅占6.3%,正确选择所有预防皮肤老化的方式者仅占1.4%,关注皮肤老化知识并会主动获取相关资讯者仅占18.3%。建筑工人主要通过社交媒介网络获得相关资讯。50.0%的建筑工人认为最困扰的皮肤老化问题是皮肤粗糙、干燥和脱屑。36.1%的建筑工人从不采取任何措施预防皮肤老化。结论建筑工人对皮肤老化认识不足,相关防护措施和防护知识缺乏。
