摘要
食品加工制造业的先进性,在一定程度上,体现了一个国家科技发展水平及人民生活水准。我国粮油、水果等产量均居世界前列,但深加工程度较低。目前,大部分食品加工生产还处于小规模分散化阶段,且整体加工工艺落后,设备陈旧,其卫生与安全也很难得到保证,对于产品的口味、营养等方面的追求就更加难以企及。在食品安全及人们的需求日益提高的今天,食品加工产业升级的需求越来越迫切。
        The advanced nature of food processing manufacturing industry, to a certain extent, reflects the level of scientific and technological development of a country and people's living standards. China's grain, oil, fruit and other yields are in the forefront of the world, but the degree of deep processing is low. At present, most of the food processing and production is still in the stage of small-scale decentralization, and the overall processing technology is backward, the equipment is old, and its health and safety is difficult to be guaranteed, so the pursuit of taste, nutrition and other aspects of the product is even more difficult to achieve. With the increasing demand of food safety and people today, the demand of food processing industry upgrading is more and more urgent.
