群组管理模式在产后尿失禁患者盆底肌功能锻炼中的作用

摘要
目的探讨群组管理模式在产后尿失禁患者盆底肌功能锻炼中的作用。方法该院86例产后尿失禁患者,数字随机分为两组,研究组43例采取群组管理模式,对照组43例采取一对一健康指导模式,比较两组的依从率、治疗有效率。结果研究组治疗有效率、依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将群组管理模式应用于产后尿失禁患者盆底肌功能锻炼中,可改善患者尿失禁程度,提高患者盆底肌功能锻炼依从性。
Objective To investigate the role of group management mode in pelvic floor muscle function training in postpartum urinary incontinence patients. Methods 86 patients with postpartum urinary incontinence were randomly divided into two groups. The study group used 43 cases with management mode and the control group used one-to-one health guidance mode. The compliance rate and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment efficiency and compliance rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the group management mode to the pelvic floor muscle function exercise in postpartum urinary incontinence patients can improve the degree of urinary incontinence and improve the compliance of pelvic floor muscle function.
