摘要
为了研究不同剂量的同源益生素对21日龄肉仔鸡小肠黏膜结构的影响,试验选用体重相近的1日龄AA肉仔鸡1 500只,随机分为5个组,每个组设10个重复组,每重复组30只(雌雄各半),分别饲喂含5种不同剂量同源益生素的日粮,每天自由采食和饮水,试验期为21 d。采用了组织学和组织化学方法,测定了21日龄肉鸡十二指肠、空场、回肠的绒毛长度、隐窝深度、绒毛长度/隐窝深度比值、黏膜厚度和肠壁厚度等数值。结果显示,0.3%益生素对肉鸡小肠黏膜结构的影响表现最佳,肠绒毛长度最长、绒毛长度/隐窝深度比值最大、黏膜厚度和肠壁厚度最厚,0.3%益生素对改善和增强肉鸡小肠的消化吸收功能效果最好。
        This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different doses of homologous probiotics on the structure of the intestinal mucosa of 21-day-old broilers.Histological and histochemical methods were used to measure the villus length,crypt depth,villus length /crypt depth,mucosal thickness and intestinal wall thickness in duodenum,jejunum and ileum at 21-day-old broilers.Fifteen hundreds of one-day-old Arbor Acre broilers of similar weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 replicates per group and 30 chicks per replicate(bisexual each half). Each group was fed with different diets that supplemented with different doses of the homologous probiotic. All diets and water were available on an ad libitum basis. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows: The diet supplemented with 0.3% probiotics gained the best performance in affecting the structure of intestinal mucosa of broiler,the data collected from this group were all best,including intestinal villus length,villus length /crypt depth, mucosal thickness and intestinal wall thickness. 0.3% probiotics supplemental level gains the best performance in improving and enhancing digestion and absorption of the small intestine of young broilers under the condition of this experiment.
