摘要
目的优化益气活血方醇提工艺参数。方法采用G1-熵权法和响应面设计,在单因素试验基础上,以乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间为考察因素,黄芪甲苷和丹参酮类成分的转移率及浸膏得率为评价指标,优选益气活血方醇提最佳工艺参数。结果最佳醇提工艺参数为:用70%乙醇提取2次,第1次用8倍量乙醇提取120 min,第2次用6倍量乙醇提取90 min。3次平行验证试验平均综合评分为95.79,RSD=0.74%。结论优选出的益气活血方醇提最佳工艺稳定可行,可为益气活血方的新药开发提供依据。
        Objective To optimize the technological parameters of ethanol extraction of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription.Methods Using G1-entropy method and response surface design, based on the single factor experiment, the volume fraction of ethanol, the amount of ethanol and the extraction time were taken as the evaluation factors. Extract yield and the transfer rate of astragaloside Ⅳ and tanshinones were evaluation indexes. The technological parameters of ethanol extraction of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription was optimized. Results The optimal technological parameters of ethanol extraction were extracted twice with 70% ethanol; the first ethanol dosage was 8 times, the extraction time was 120 min; the second ethanol dosage was 6 times, and the extraction time was 90 min. The average score of the three parallel validation tests was 95.79 and the RSD was 0.74%. Conclusion The optimal process of ethanol extraction of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription is stable and feasible, which can provide references for development of new medicine of Yiqi Huoxue Prescription.
