滋阴益肾活血方治疗IgA肾病的临床效果

摘要
目的分析滋阴益肾活血方治疗IgA肾病的临床价值。方法将90例IgA肾病患者随机分为2组,每组45例。2组患者均给予强的松、厄贝沙坦治疗,在此基础上,对照组加雷公藤多苷片治疗,观察组加滋阴益肾活血方治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果观察组、对照组治疗总有效率(95. 56%、82. 22%)及不良反应发生率(4. 44%、17. 78%)组间差异显著(P <0. 05)。治疗后观察组24 h尿蛋白量、尿素氮、血肌酐均明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),血白蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论滋阴益肾活血方治疗IgA肾病效果显著,可有效改善患者肾功能指标,用药安全可靠。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of nourishing yin and nourishing kidney and invigorating kidney prescription in treating Ig A nephropathy. Methods 90 patients with Ig A nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with prednisone and irbesartan,on this basis,the control group was treated with tripterygium glycoside tablets,and the observation group was treated with nourishing yin and nourishing kidney and activating blood prescription. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and control group was 95. 56% and82. 22% respectively,and the incidence of adverse reactions the observation group and control group was 4. 44% and 17. 78% respectively( P < 0. 05). After treatment,24 h urine protein content,urea nitrogen and creatinine in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the serum albumin level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The nourishing yin and nourishing kidney and invigorating kidney prescription in treating Ig A nephropathy can effectively improve the renal function index and safe and reliable medicine.
