清胃益肾通络法治疗急性牙周炎的随机对照研究

摘要
目的:验证清胃益肾通络法治疗急性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的120例急性牙周炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各60例。观察组给予清胃益肾通络的中药治疗,对照组给予人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊口服,每次2粒,每日3次。治疗7 d后统计临床疗效。结果:观察组患者总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率78.33%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在疼痛缓解及相关指数方面比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:清胃益肾通络法治疗急性牙周炎临床效果明显,值得进一步推广及应用。
Objective: To verify the clinical effect on the acute periodontitis by Qingwei Yishen Tongluo therapy. Methods: 120 cases with acute periodontitis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The observation group( n = 60) was treated by Qingwei Yishen Tongluo therapy and the control group( n = 60) was treated by artificial calculus bovis metronidazole oral capsules,with 2 capsules each time,3 times a day. Clinical efficacy was analyzed after 7 days of treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 91. 67%,and in the control group it was 78. 33%,and the two groups had a statistical significance( P < 0. 05). The two groups had a significant difference in pain relief and correlation index( P <0. 05). Conclusion: The clinical effect on acute periodontitis by Qingwei Yishen Tongluo therapy is obvious,and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
