摘要
以马钢检测中心X-荧光自动化系统为研究对象,陈述了含铁原料、铁样、高炉渣及钢渣等试样,从铁前原料到钢渣检验的分析流程。结合生产现状分析了各类自动化系统布局及流程的合理性及拓展性,阐述荧光自动化系统在检验中的功能改造和发展方向,为自动化检验科学布局指明了方向、提供了指导。
As the iron and steel production gradually to high speed, high efficiency, high quality development, analysis of the combination of inspection technology and automation technology has great potential and broad prospects for development. Based on the testing center of masteel X-ray fluorescence automation system, and stated the molten iron materials, iron sample, blast furnace slag and steel slag samples, from the analysis of iron steel raw material to the inspection before process. In this paper, the production status of all kinds of the rationality of the layout and process automation system and the expansibility, automation system function transformation and the development direction in the test for automated inspection pointed out the direction of the scientific layout, provides guidance.
