盐穗木化学成分预实验

摘要
目的:采用系统预试法对盐穗木中可能含有的化学成分进行预实验。方法:通过试管反应、滤纸片反应、多种指示剂和显色剂的显色反应或沉淀反应对盐穗木水提液、95%乙醇提取液、石油醚提取液进行化学成分预试,初步探索盐穗木的化学成分。结果:盐穗木中含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、皂苷类、生物碱类、挥发油及油脂类、甾体或三萜类、生物碱类、黄酮类成分、酚类、鞣质、蒽醌类、萜类内脂化合物等多种成分。结论:为进一步研究盐穗木的生物活性成分及其开发利用提供了理论指导。
Objective: To carry out a systematic preliminary experiment on the possible chemical constituents in Halostachys Caspica. Methods: The chemical constituents of water extract, 95% ethanol extract and petroleum ether extract of Halostachys Caspica were preliminarily studied by test tube reaction, filter paper reaction, color reaction or precipitation reaction of various indicators and chromogenic agents. Results: There were many components in Halostachys Caspica, such as amino acids, polypeptides, proteins, carbohydrates, organic acids, saponins, alkaloids, volatile oils and oils, steroids or triterpenoids, alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, tannins,anthraquinones, terpenoids and lactones. Conclusion: This study provides theoretical guidance for further study on the bioactive constituents and their development and utilization.
