新安医家固本培元治未病学术特色初探

摘要
"固本培元"治法是新安医学的特色治法,主张固先、后天之本,培元阴、元阳两种元气,是传统医学对治未病的重要观点。新安医家运用固本培元法治未病颇具特色,汪机倡"营卫一气""参芪双补",重气血阴阳并补;徐春甫重"脾胃元气",倡"摄养于无疾之先";孙一奎创"动气命门",擅温补下元,脾肾同治;吴崑提"针药保元",强调针药互补,调和气血;罗周彦立"元阴元阳",细分元气,从元气辨治疾病。新安医家固本培元学术思想对丰富治未病理论和指导临床实践均有重要意义。
Consolidating vital base and supplementing primordial Qi is the characteristic treatment of Xin'an medicine.It is an important viewpoint of traditional medicine in treating disease to consolidate the innate and acquired foundation,and to cultivate primordial Qi of Yin and Yang.Xin'an doctors treat illness in consolidating vital base and supplementing primordial Qi,which has its own characteristics.WANG Ji advocates the theory of Ying and Wei sharing the same source and "Shen Qi Shuang Bu",and attached importance to tonifying Qi,blood,Yin and Yang; XU Chunfu emphasizes theory of primordial Qi of spleen and stomach and advocates taking health care before the dis ease;SUN Yikui creates the theory of moving Qi of Mingmen and is good at warming and reinforcing primordial Qi of lower energizer,treating spleen and kidney simultaneously; WU Kun put forward the viewpoint of "acupuncture and medicine to protect the primordial Qi" emphasizing the complementary of acupuncture and medicine,and harmonizing Qi and blood; LUO Zhouyan founded the theory of primordial Yin and Yang,subdividing Qi and treating diseases from Qi.The academic thought of consolidating vital base and supplementing primordial Qi,doctors in Xin'an,is of great significance to enrich the theory of preventive and treatment of diseases and to guide clinical practice.
