盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的探究盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月至2017年4月期间,于我院进行治疗的90例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,按随机分类法将其分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均进行牙周基础治疗及根面平整,观察组患者给予盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,对照组在牙周袋内置入碘甘油,对比两组患者的治疗后的牙周指标和治疗效果。结果观察组患者的牙周指标改善情况好于对照组,两组患者差异显著(P<0.01),有统计学意义;治疗效果观察组为95.56%,对照组为75.56%,两组之间比较存在较为明显的差异(P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论在局部使用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎能够有效改善患者的牙周相关指标,帮助患者减轻临床症状,具有较好的意义。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods Ninety patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from February, 2015 to April, 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All the patients were divided into two groups Periodontal treatment and root planing. Patients in the observation group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride ointment. The control group was implanted with iodoglycerin in the periodontal pocket. The periodontal index and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement of periodontal index in the observation group was better than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). The treatment effect was 95.56% in the observation group and 75.56% in the control group There was significant difference(P<0.01), statistically significant. Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment can effectively improve the periodontal index of patients with chronic periodontitis, and help patients to reduce clinical symptoms, has a good significance.
