甲真菌病激光治疗新进展

摘要
甲真菌病是由皮肤癣菌、酵母菌及霉菌所引起的甲板和甲下组织感染。甲真菌病不仅可以导致局部的健康问题,而且可以导致持续存在的整体健康问题。而目前口服抗真菌药是治疗的金标准,但是治疗失败是很常见的,且很多病人禁忌口服抗真菌药。近年来,随着激光的迅速发展,国外已经批准了多种激光设备用于治疗甲真菌病。因此本文为激光治疗甲真菌病的临床研究进展的综述。
