摘要

文章简要介绍了智能变电站及其特点,从工作票和操作票的管理、倒闸操作的安全管理、防止闭锁的装置管理、设备异常和事故的处理、在线监测设备的管理、辅控系统管理等6个方面对智能变电站的运行和维护进行了全方位的分析和探讨。
        The characteristics of intelligent substation are briefly introduced in the paper.From work tickets and operation ticket management,switch operation safety management,prevent the blocking of the equipment management,equipment abnormal and accident treatment,management of on-line monitoring equipment,auxiliary control system etc. six aspects of intelligent variable power plant operation and maintenance of a full range of analysis and discussion.
