摘要

本文阐述了市场机制下保障陕西省专业气象服务监测设施运行的必要性,分析了陕西省专业气象服务监测设施保障现状及问题,提出了陕西省专业气象服务监测设施社会化保障的途径选择以及相应的政策保障。
        This paper expounded the necessity of ensuring the operation of specialized meteorological service monitoring facilities in Shaanxi province under the market mechanism, and analyzed the current situation and problems, and put forward the route selection and corresponding policy guarantee for social security of specialized meteorological service monitoring facilities in Shaanxi province.
