主要阐述了监理人员在房建监理过程中应具备的专业素养与经验,分析了监理人员在房建工程中应熟悉的各项工作流程,总结了加强房建监理开展前的预控工作内容,旨在进一步提高我国房建工程的监理工作。
        The article mainly expounds the professional qualities and experience that supervisors should have in the process of building supervision,analyzes the various work processes that supervisors should be familiar with in building construction project,and summarizes the pre-control work content before strengthening building supervision. The aim is to further improve the supervision of the building construction in China.
