摘要

监理日志是项目监理机构每日监理工作的缩影,监理日志的记录能够展示监理人员履行职责的能力和工作成效,分析了项目监理日志的记录中存在的问题,阐述了项目监理日志的记录要点内容,从而全面提升公司所有项目监理部的日志记录水平,加强监理"产品"的质量意识,使公司的管理工作进行一个新的飞跃。
        The paper indicates the Inspection Logs is the reflection of the inspection on each day in the inspection institutes of projects,indicates the records of the logs can display the capacities and efficiency of the inspectors in implementing the duties,analyzes the problems in the records of the Inspection Logs,and illustrates the main records of the Inspection Logs,so as to promote the standards of the Inspection Logs of the inspection department of the projects of the companies,enhance the quality ideology of the products of the inspection,and ensure the new leap for the management of the companies.
