摘要
HRB400E钢材是建筑桥梁和楼宇的核心关键材料,其产品质量对建筑物安全性能以及强度会产生直接影响.以HRB400E钢材为研究对象,通过收集该材料在某生产企业理化检验中心的样本数据,运用方差分析法得到钢材的内径对于钢材质量有显著影响,并有强相关关系;运用正交试验分析法找到钢材内径与质量的最佳搭配,以实现成本降低.优化了HRB400E钢材生产的部分制造参数,在满足力学性能的前提下,可以最大限度地降低用料成本,提高收益,对于钢材生产具有指导意义.
        HRB400 E steels,full name is hot rolled ribbed steel bars level 400 with anti-seismic property,are key materials of buildings and bridges.Their product quality has a direct effect on safety and solidity of buildings and bridges.It is studied through collecting sample data of physical and chemical inspection center in a steel company.The inner diameter of steel has significant influence on weight of steel and they have strong correlation by variance analysis methods.The best match the diameter and weight of steel is found by the orthogonal experiment analysis to reduce cost of steels.This study optimizes the manufacturing parameters of steel production on the premise of meeting mechanical property and steel standard.It can minimize material costs,improve profitability and has guiding significance for steel production.
