提高高校党内民主监督效用:基于信息供给机制建构的视角

摘要
在特殊性较为明显的中国,大力推进党内民主监督是一种代价最小、收益最大的腐败治理策略。当前,提高高校党内民主监督效用,不但有必要性,而且更具紧迫性。在提高高校党内民主监督效用的众多途径中,构建信息供给机制甚为重要,它不仅是其他途径得以推进的先决条件,也是高校提高党内民主监督效用的最佳发力点。可以从信息公开、信息表达和反馈、意见信息博弈等方面,构建信息供给机制,继而提升高校党内民主监督效用。
In China,which is obviously different from other nations,expanding the democratic supervision inside party is regarded as the way of minimal cost and maximized profit to fight against corruption. All over the contemporary China, to improve the effectiveness of democratic supervision inside party in colleges is both necessary and urgent. The way to construct the mechanism of offering information is the most important among many ways to improve the utility of democratic supervision inside party,as it is not only the premise for others,but also the force point improving the effectiveness of democratic supervision inside party. We should construct the mechanism of offering information from three aspects,which are information publishing,information expression and feedback and opinion discussion,and then promote the effectiveness of democratic supervision inside party.
