摘要

目的:本文就ICU气管切开患者肺部感染的护理干预对策与效果进行分析与研究。方法:选择我院自2013年7月至2015年6月期间收治的气管切开后肺部感染患者68例,按照来院先后顺序进行分组,即参照组(n=34)和干预组(n=34),干预组患者实施综合护理,参照组患者实施基础护理,其后对比两组肺部感染患者的护理效果。结果:干预组患者的护理有效率高于参照组,组间由统计学软件分析,差异存在显著性差异。结论:ICU气管切口患者行综合护理干预,效果显著,具有较高的实践价值。
        Objective:in this paper,the ICU patients with tracheotomy nursing intervention countermeasure of lung infection and effect analysis and research.Methods:our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015 treated during the period of 68 patients with pulmonary infection after tracheotomy,according to the court order to group,namely the control group(n=34)and intervention group(n=34),and implement comprehensive nursing intervention group patients,control group patients with implementation of basic nursing,followed by comparing the nursing effect of two groups of patients with lung infection.Results:the nursing intervention group patients effectively higher than the control group,by statistical software analysis between groups,differences exist significant difference.Conclusion:ICU patients with trachea incision line comprehensive nursing intervention,the effect is remarkable,has high practical value.
