卤米松乳膏联合他克莫司软膏治疗神经性皮炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨卤米松乳膏与他克莫司软膏联合治疗神经性皮炎的临床效果。方法:选择2017年4月—2018年3月在我院治疗的82例神经性皮炎患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为2组,每组各41例。参照组采用卤米松乳膏治疗,研究组采用卤米松乳膏与他克莫司软膏联合治疗,比较两组症状积分以及患者不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组症状积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗21d后,两组症状积分均明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组皮损面积、皮肤厚度、皮肤硬度以及瘙痒程度症状积分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为4.88%,参照组为7.32%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:神经性皮炎患者经卤米松乳膏与他克莫司软膏协同治疗后,可有效缓解临床症状,且不良反应相对较少,具有一定安全性。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of halometasone cream combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods: 82 patients with neurodermatitis treated in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with halometasone cream, and the study group was treated with halometasone cream and tacrolimus ointment. The symptom scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05); 21 days after treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the lesion area, skin thickness, skin hardness and itching degree symptom scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.88% in the study group and 7.32% in the control group, with no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Halometasone cream combined with tacrolimus ointment can effectively relieve clinical symptoms in patients with neurodermatitis, and the adverse reactions are relatively small, with a certain degree of safety.
