徐瑞荣治疗骨髓增殖性肿瘤经验

摘要
骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPN)系一组克隆性造血干细胞疾病。徐师认为本病的病机包括"虚""毒""瘀"三大要素,治疗应遵循清热解毒、益气养阴、活血化瘀原则。除中药复方外,还可应用膏方与雄黄三粉联合治疗MPN,临床取得良好疗效,可有效改善患者临床症状与生活质量,并延长其生存期。
Myeloproliferative neoplasms( MPN) is a clonal hematopoietic stem cell disease. Professor XU believes that there are three pathogenesis elements of MPN,including deficiency,toxin and stasis. The treatment should follow the principles of heat-clearing and detoxifying,invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. In addition to Chinese medicine compound,cream formulae and realgar three powder also can be used in treatment of MPN. These therapies have good clinical efficacy,patients' clinical symptoms and quality of life can be effectively improved and their survival period prolong.
