智慧图书馆发展现状与对策研究

摘要
文章在研究智慧图书馆内涵、发展现状的基础上,分别从政策、技术、资金、人员等因素剖析智慧图书馆发展过程中存在的障碍,建议进行相应变革,以促进智慧图书馆稳定、健康、可持续发展。
Smart library is a new trend of library development in the new era. On the basis of studying the connotation and research status of smart library, this paper analyzes the puzzlement of the development of smart libraries from the factors of policy, technology, capital and personnel, and puts forwards the four aspects of policy benefit, technical support, fund support and talent training, so as to promote the stable, healthy and sustainable development of the smart libraries in the new era.
