摘要
目标孔隙率、水灰比、砂率、硅灰掺量为因素,通过正交试验研究了各因素对再生骨料透水混凝土抗压强度、透水系数、表观密度的影响规律,并分析了各性能与实测孔隙率之间对应关系。结果表明:目标孔隙率是再生骨料透水混凝土性能的主要影响因素,随着目标孔隙率的增大,试件抗压强度、表观密度有所降低,而其透水性能有较大提升;再生骨料透水混凝土的抗压强度、表观密度随实测孔隙率变化呈现出一定的线性递减规律,而透水系数与实测孔隙率之间呈明显的线性增长趋势。不同配比下试件的透水系数为0.72~2.13 cm/s,透水系数达到最大时基本能满足公路路面排水要求。
        Taking target porosity,water-cement ratio,sand ratio and silica fume content as factors,the influence law of various factors on the compressive strength,permeation coefficient and apparent density of recycled aggregate pervious concrete was studied by orthogonal experimental design. The correlation between various properties and the actual measured porosity was analyzed.Experimental results indicate that target porosity is the most principal and significant influencing factor on the properties of recycled aggregate pervious concrete. With the increase of the target porosity,the compressive strength and apparent density of the specimens was decreased,while the permeability of the specimens increased significantly. The compressive strength and apparent density of the recycled aggregate pervious concrete appear certain linear decline law with the change of the actual measured porosity,while the permeability appears an obvious linear increase trend with the actual measured porosity. The permeation coefficient of the specimens under different ratios is concentrated between 0.72~2.13 cm/s,the maximum permeability coefficient can basically meet the requirements of pavement drainage.
