探讨舒适护理管理对助产质量和产房内感染的影响

摘要
目的研究舒适护理管理应用于产房中对助产质量和产房内感染的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2018年10月期间于该院收治的204例产妇作为研究对象,根据护理工作管理方式不同将其分为舒适管理组与常规管理组。舒适管理组产妇全程接受舒适护理服务,普通管理组产妇则接受常规护理服务,对比两组助产质量和产房内感染率,调查两组产妇对于产房护理人员提供的护理服务满意度。结果舒适管理组总产程时长短于普通管理组,且产妇的生理及心理舒适度都高于普通管理组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。舒适管理组产房总感染发生率低于普通管理组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产房中应用舒适管理模式,可以大幅提高产妇的身心舒适度,产妇生存质量得到有效保障,值得大面积推广使用。
Objective To study the effects of comfort nursing management on the quality of midwifery and infection in the delivery room in the delivery room. Methods A total of 204 parturient women admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research subjects. According to different nursing management methods, they were divided into comfort management group and routine management group. The comfort management group received comfort nursing services, while the general management group received routine nursing services. The quality of midwifery and the infection rate in the delivery room were compared between the two groups, and the nursing service satisfaction of the two groups for the delivery room nursing staff was investigated. Results The total duration of labor in the comfort management group was longer than that in the general management group, and the physical and psychological comfort of the puerpera was higher than that in the general management group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of total infection in the delivery room of the comfort management group was lower than that of the general management group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfort management mode in the delivery room can greatly improve the physical and mental comfort of the puerpera, and the quality of life of the puerpera can be effectively guaranteed, which is worthy of extensive promotion and use.
