摘要
针对数据中心空调冷水系统在不同运行模式下对冷却塔出水温度的不同要求,设计基于PLC和变频的冷却塔监控系统;对冷却塔在不同工况下的控制程序进行优化,通过调节冷却水循环水流率、风机运行速率和数量、旁通阀开度,实现对冷却塔出水温度的精确调节,满足空调负荷的前提下降低系统能耗。
Different requirements for the cooling tower water temperature in different operating modes of the cold water system. Design a cooling tower monitoring system based on PLC and frequency conversion; optimize the control program of the cooling tower under different working conditions. Adjust the circulating water flow rate of the cooling water, the operating rate and quantity of the fan, and the opening degree of the bypass valve to achieve precise adjustment of the outlet water temperature of the cooling tower, and reduce the system energy consumption under the premise of satisfying the air conditioning load.
