医学工程技术人员职业暴露危险因素与防护对策

摘要
随着医学工程技术的进步,大量先进的医疗设备进入医院,医学工程技术人员工作中直接或间接地接触医疗设备,造成职业暴露。笔者从生物因素、物理因素、化学因素和社会心理因素四个方面分析造成临床医学工程技术人员职业暴露的危险因素,从而提出从提高防护意识、制定职业安全防护制度、采取防护措施、加强个人保健、暴露后的处理以及加强医学工程技术部门建设等方面进行防护的对策。
With the progress of medical engineering technology,a large number of advanced medical equipment enter hospitals,and medical engineering technicians are directly or indirectly exposed to medical equipment in their work, resulting in occupational exposure. The author analyzed the risk factors of occupational exposure of clinical medical engineers from the four aspects including biological,physical, chemical and social psychological factors. Then, the countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of improving the awareness of protection,f ormulating occupational safety protection system, taking protective measures, and strengthening personal health care,post-exposure treatment and the construction of medical engineering and technical departments.
