摘要
从理论基础、技术路线、试验验证等方面,介绍了一种基于超声导波监测的车体结构健康监测技术,并以钩缓系统结构健康监测系统为例提出了一种超声导波监测系统软硬件构架的应用技术。该车体结构健康超声导波监测技术可以准确、高效地实现实时在线结构健康监测,为机车车体部件结构裂纹、磨损、腐蚀等损伤及失效问题提供有效的解决思路。该车体结构健康超声导波监测技术有效降低了车体检修维护成本,极大的提高机车整体运行的效益,是一种低成本、高效率、应用前景广阔的结构健康监测技术。
        This paper introduces a carbody structural health monitoring technique based on ultrasonic guided wave monitoring by explaining the theoretical basis,technical route,test verification.and a case study of coupler and buffer system,it proposed a ultrasonic guided wave monitoring system software and hardware framework application technique.This structural health monitoring technique can realize on-line structural health monitoring accurately and efficiently,and provide effective solutions for the problems such as crack,wear,corrosion and failure of locomotive carbody parts.this carbody structural health ultrasonic guided wave monitoring technique reduces carbody overhaul maintenance costs effectively,and improves overall operation benefit of locomotive greatly,and it is a kind of low cost,high benefit and broad application prospect structure health monitoring technology.
