摘要
为适应"振动筛+离心机"的二级固控技术的需要,设计了一种基于弹性耦合的四激振电机双层直线振动筛。通过对该振动筛的结构应力分析、模态分析、刚体动力学和刚柔耦合动力学分析,保证了所设计的振动筛强度和动态特性参数符合要求。样机的动态特性测试表明,同轴弹性耦合的两激振电机很好地实现了0°相位差附近的同步,振动筛的振动参数均衡稳定,完全达到了设计目标。现场工业试验表明,该振动筛能够在钻井过程中全程满足二级固控需求。
To meet the needs of two-stage solids control technology only by the shale shaker and centrifuge,a new dual-deck linear shale shaker with elastic coupling four exciters was proposed and developed.Through the structural stress analysis,modal analysis,rigid body dynamics and rigid-flexible coupling dynamics analysis of the shale shaker,the strength and dynamic characteristics of the shaker meet the requirements.The dynamic tests of prototype show that,two coaxial motors with elastic coupling achieve the synchronization near the 0°phase difference,vibration parameters are balanced and stable,and fully meet the design goals.Field industrial tests show that,this shale shaker can completely meet the requirement of s two-stage solids control throughout the drilling process.
