替吉奥和阿帕替尼治疗晚期胃癌的对比研究
摘要
目的观察替吉奥和阿帕替尼治疗晚期胃癌的疗效与不良反应。方法选取自2015年1月至2016年10月在我院治疗的晚期胃癌患者88例,按照完全随机法分为两组,即观察组和治疗组,每组44例。观察组应用阿帕替尼治疗,对照组应用替吉奥治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组改善17例,稳定21例,下降6例,观察组改善31例,稳定12例,下降1例,两组相比差异有统计学有意义(P <0.05),观察组改善例数明显多于对照组。在不良反应方面,对照组20例发生恶心呕吐、腹泻、乏力等不良反应,不良反应发生率45.4%,观察组7例发生不良反应,不良反应发生率15.9%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论两种药物治疗晚期胃癌疗效相当,但阿帕替尼组不良反应低。
