摘要
为准确描述偏联系数的数学表达形式,揭示偏联系数的物理内涵,采用偏正联系数与偏负联系数相互综合比较分析的研究思路,归纳提出了用于评价集对事件发展趋势的效应全偏联系数。与现有的2种偏联系数的计算方法进行对比分析,得出3种偏联系数计算方法的理论差别,并将3种计算方法进行实例对比分析。结果表明:效应全偏联系数方法计算的某医院1997年、2000年的医疗质量偏联系数与方法二(覃杰等提出)、方法三(陆广地等提出)的计算结果具有较大差异,效应全偏联系数方法的计算结果更加接近实际。将效应全偏联系数方法应用于安徽省水资源承载力评价中,进一步验证该方法的适用性。结果表明:效应全偏联系数方法与减法集对势方法计算判别的各年份水资源承载力的发展趋势比较一致,相关系数接近1. 0,表明效应全偏联系数方法在水资源承载力评价中是适用的。上述2个实例的分析比较结果说明,效应全偏联系数方法的计算结果合理可靠,可为集对事件发展趋势的判断分析提供新途径,具有推广应用价值。
        In order to describe the mathematical expression of partial connection number more accurately,reveal the physical connotation of the partial connection number,this paper uses the research ideas of the comprehensive analysis of the comparative analysis of the partial positive connection number and the partial negative connection number,and summarizes the effect full partial connection number,which is used to evaluate the trend of the event of set pair. The theoretical difference between the three methods is obtained by comparing with the two existing calculation methods of partial connection number,and the three methods are compared and analyzed in the medical quality evaluation of a hospital. The results show that the deviation coefficients of the effect full partial connection number in 1997 and 2000 are different from the ones of the method two( proposed by QIN Jie and others) and the method three( proposed by LU Guangdi and others),and the result of the effect full partial connection number is more closer to development trend reality of set pair. The effect full partial connection number is applied to the evaluation of water resources carrying capacity of Anhui Province,and the applicability of the effect full partial connection number is further verified. The results show that the effect full partial connection number is consistent with the development trend of the annual water resources carrying capacity calculated by the subtraction set,their correlation coefficient is close to 1. 0,and it proves that the effect full partial connection number method is also applicable in the evaluation of water resource carrying capacity. The analysis and comparison of the two examples show that the results of the calculation of effect full partial connection number are reasonable and reliable,which provides a new way for the judge of the development trend of set pair event,and it has the value of popularization.
