摘要
分别对紫外分光光度法和气相色谱-质谱法在芥子气定性定量方面的能力进行了对比研究,提出了两种方法的适用范围。在选定浓度范围内,两种方法均具有良好的线性关系和可重复性,其中气相色谱-质谱法检出限较分光光度法至少低两个数量级,更适合环境样品中痕量芥子气的测定。在较低浓度杂质干扰下,两种方法对芥子气的回收率均无明显影响;当路易氏剂或芥子砜浓度高于一定范围时,分光光度法将无法对芥子气进行定性或定量测定。
The application scopes of the two methods were put forward.The calibration curves of both methods showed good linearity and repeatability in the range of selected concentration.The detection limit of gas chromatography mass spectrometry was lower than that of spectrophotometry at least by two orders of magnitude.The gas chromatography mass spectrometry was suitable for the determination of trace mustard gas in environmental samples.Additionly,both of two methods had no significant effects on the mustard gas recovery under low concentration impurity interferences.
