摘要

防范化解金融风险是商业银行风险管理工作的重要内容。《银行业金融机构全面风险管理指引》实施两年来,我国商业银行风险管理水平不断提高,但总体看,商业银行风险管理存在着不少问题。针对存在问题,提出强化风险管理意识、完善风险管理体制机制、加强风险管理系统建设和提升风险监测预警水平等对策建议。
        Preventing and resolving financial risks is an important part of risk management of commercial banks.Firstly,the paper analyses the situation of risk management of commercial banks in China since the implementation of the Guidelines on Comprehensive Risk Management of Banking Financial Institutions for two years.Then it studies the problems existing in risk management of commercial banks in China.Finally,combining theory with practice,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening risk management consciousness,perfecting risk management system and mechanism,strengthening risk management system construction and improving risk monitoring and early warning level.
