摘要
为建立艾叶挥发油的红外光谱快速鉴别方法,本试验采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取不同来源产地艾叶中的挥发油,结合傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)技术对各挥发油样品进行了红外光谱的测定,并通过相关系数法对不同产地来源艾叶中的挥发油成分进行归类。结果表明,艾叶挥发油中主要含有醇类、烯类、醛酮类、酯类等化合物,与文献报道中用GCMS方法分析艾叶中的挥发油所得成分相一致。设定相关系数阈值0.9500以区分河南产地与其他产地的艾叶药材,设定相关系数阈值0.9000以区分艾叶和艾花不同的药用部位。结论:采用FT-IR技术结合相关系数法,可对艾叶挥发油进行快速分析,为艾叶挥发油的质量评价提供了科学依据。
        To establish the rapid identification method for volatile oil of argy wormwood leaf on Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy( FT-IR),essential oils were extracted from different argy wormwood leaf samples selected from different origins by hydrodistillation extraction The infrared spectrograms of essential oils were determined with FT-IR,and the chemical components of essentials oils were also classified by correlation coefficient method. The results showed that the main components in the essential oils extracted from argy wormwood leaf samples were alcohols,alkenes,keto aldehyde and esters,etc.,which were consistent with that determined by GC-MS in literature reports. The correlation coefficient threshold 0. 9500 was set to distinguish argy wormwood leaves from Henan origin with others,while 0. 9000 was set to distinguish argy wormwood leaves with their blossoms. The volatile oil of argy wormwood leaf could be analyzed rapidly by using the FT-IR technology and correlation coefficient method.
